This Elderflower Syrup is flavored with Rose Extract

Made with fresh elderflowers, beet sugar, water, and lemon juice.

This syrup mixer has a sweet floral flavor thanks to an infusion of fresh-picked elderflowers, aromatic roses, and plenty of fresh lemon juice. It makes a refreshing elderflower cordial when added to still or sparkling water, but it's also wonderful mixed with white wine for a pink-hued spritzer. You can even add this syrup to a bowl of vanilla ice cream or gelato. Contains no artificial flavors or colors.
