Solera Red Berry Mixed Milk Cheese is a gourmet blend of sheep's milk, goat's milk, and cow's milk cheeses. All three types of cheese are paired with an infusion of a robust berry blend. A mix of cherries, strawberries, black currant, blueberries, and hibiscus give this mix of goat cheese, cow cheese, and sheep cheese a rich aroma and flavor. Serve on a charcuterie board  alongside fresh fruit. Or enjoy with a bold glass of wine.

Ingredients:
Pasteurized blend of cow, goat and sheep's milk, red berries syrup (glucose syrup, sugar, water cherries, strawberry puree, black currant concentrate, blueberries, modifed starch, pectin natural color & color from carrot, hibiscus, flavorings), salt, rennet, calcium chloride, cheese culture, preserving agent: egg lysozyme, red berry syrup & natamycin applied to non-edible rind.
